		<title>long overdue.</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Hi, I&#8217;m a terrible blogstress.  Here is an update!
It&#8217;s been 4.5 months since my surgery, and I&#8217;m doing fantastically well.  Life is busy and fun.
Since surgery, I have:
-as of today, lost 85 lbs.
-lost 10 dress sizes.
-blood sugar is normal, without medication.
-blood pressure is normal, without medication.
I feel amazing. My energy levels are through [...]]]></description>

		<title>4 weeks since surgery!</title>
